Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 15 business days after dispatch from our warehouse. We offer a 30-day return policy — items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at kiamotorstiktok@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior request won’t be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue. Some items can’t be returned — including custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, or items on sale or gift cards.
If you’re in the EU, you’re also entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item remains unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at the same email address.
